GameBrief is in private beta with a handful of clubs. The pricing model is being finalized with them in the room — not behind closed doors. If you run a club and want to be part of that conversation, write us.
Pricing principles
What pricing will not do.
We have not announced numbers yet. We can tell you the rules they will follow. These principles are stricter than the average SaaS pricing page, which is the point.
- One number
- No per-feature tiers, no "contact sales for our enterprise plan." If we charge for it, the same number applies to every club.
- No per-seat trap
- Sports rosters grow and shrink mid-season. Paying per active member feels right; paying per seat does not. We will land where the math is honest.
- Transparent platform fee
- When a family pays a fee through Stripe, the platform takes a small per-transaction cut. The exact number lives in the receipt, not in fine print.
- Free for families
- A parent never pays GameBrief directly. The club does, or the parent pays a tournament fee with a published platform percentage. We will not surprise a family with a subscription.
