    The first end-to-end run. Family HQ, Coach console, Admin overview, registration, payments, documents, decisions, calendar feed, notifications dispatcher. The brief is real, not a fixture.

    • Family HQ: Today brief, inbox, documents, decisions, settings (notifications, calendar, family, profile, privacy)
    • Coach: team detail, decisions list/detail/new, messages, weekly summary, encrypted notebook
    • Admin: overview, outbox, financials (invoices + refund + treasurer dashboard), audience builder, roster import, documents authoring
    • Marketing landing, /login, /privacy, /terms, /onboarding flow
    • Stripe + Twilio webhooks (signature-verified), 5 cron jobs

    Schema and brand land.

    Initial schema with RLS, brand and design tokens, the editorial typography system, mobile editorial shell, Playwright harness, ADRs.
